The challenge was adding a third storey and to complete the project with an absolute minimum disruption to the daily life of one of Adelaide elite and busy sporting arenas and clubs.
Having completed stage 1, the construction of the original two storey Headquarters, Brimblecombe Builders had a comprehensive understanding of the client's requirements.
Brimblecombe Builders administered and project managed all components, including providing alternative construction solutions in order to meet the clients requirements.
Brimblecombe Builders facilitated all construction ammendments with external consultants, which was essential to gain approval and to comply with the BCA
Not forgetting that as South Australia's premier sporting stadium, maintaining safe public access was paramount. This had to be undertaken during construction programming to ensure that match days and the function of the merchandising outlet were not affected.
