A challenging project with limited budget and tight time frame.

A decision was made by the school as part of their master plan to extend the existing light weight building adjacent the existing tennis courts to provide a new preschool facility.

Due to limited land being available it was decided to construct the extension on one of the tennis courts.

The location of the site caused extreme difficulty in terms of access to the site. For this reason the construction team opted for a light weight construction. Use of steel drilled piers was adopted in an attempt to mitigate damage to very large adjacent gum trees.
