The Altius Group’s latest office was for a start-up division in Adelaide. Brimblecombe Builders through our networking links established contact and negotiated the fit-out for a leased area in the CBD. As a start-up division with just 2 staff the Architecturally designed functional consulting rooms had no initial use.
It was with this in mind that Brimblecombe received instructions to “build the basics” of the fit out design. Construction Management allowed for this.
Through our close work with the client each element was assessed for being if required now.
With the success of the start-up in Adelaide Altius Group were confident to progress with more and more elements of the fit out and to extend into the procurement of fixtures fittings and furniture.
As Construction Mangers Brimblecombe were able to respond and react in the placement of orders.
The Construction duration was managed within the constraints of furnishing supplies. This was done specifically with the Sydney office who had just completed 3 other state offices and fully appreciated the delivery sequence that Brimblecombe would be able to provide and confirm.
Brimblecombe Builders completed the fit out works while maintaining relations with adjacent tenants and working closely under the requirements of the building manager
