Warrina Homes were introduced to Brimblecombe Builders through consultant referral from Brown Falconer Architects. Over the years Brimblecombe has undertaken numerous projects for Warrina Homes. The original project was undertaken on a greenfield site which was selected on the edge of the River Torrens on Adelaide's picturesque Linear Park.
The site was previously used as a market garden on the flood plain of the River Torrens Adelaide. Level one supervision was required for the excavation and re-consolidation of the site. Deep and detailed excavation was required to prepare the site for the new facility.
This process was undertaken with professionalism by all parties and the end result proved that a well judged balance was adopted.
The outstanding setting was carefully considered to ensure that the structure blended with the environment.
Due to the location of the site careful planning for potential flooding was considered.

Ross Drew CEO of Warrina Homes said ... The project was meticulously managed, budgets strictly adhered to and all matters fully discussed through regular on site meetings.
I commend Brimblecombe on their forthright approach and exemplary concern for the best possible outcome for the client..."
William Vaatstra said ..."As Manager, Assets & Development for Warrina Homes, I have been delighted with the progress and outcome of both projects and commend Brimblecombe Builders on meeting our expectations and delivering high quality finished and refurbished buildings. Work in and around existing resídential care facilities, which are highly regulated, required good forward planning of works, a strong level of flexibility and sympathetic consideratíon of resident and staff needs. I can say that Brimblecombe Builders excelled in all of these areas."
