Restoration work on the Toll House Gate


 

Brimblecombe Builders is pleased to announce that they have completed the restoration of the Toll gate to maximise its heritage value.

Works consisted salvaging as much of the original timber components as possible and components that were either missing or in disrepair were replaced to match the original sizes and detail.

The original metal components consisting of tie rods, hinges etc were all salvaged treated, repainted and reinstated into the gate framework.
