A multi-million dollar redevelopment of the existing aged care facility located at Mitcham.

Resthaven aged care facility was expanded in 3 stages to allow current residents to remain on site during the building construction.

Considerable time and thought were given to the issue of building with the least disruption to current residents yet work within the constraints of the project budget and program.  This applied particularly to maintaining access and egress. Construction of temporary covered ways was one solution.

The new layout allowed us to incorporate new services such as laundries.

Resthaven is a long standing client of Brimblecombe Builders Pty Ltd.
